I recently joined not knowing what to expect or if i would even become a member. After the first class i knew right away that this was the place that i would feel comfortable and motivated without judgment. Its clean/sanitary and the staff are extremely helpful and patient. Also the members are nice. Its a fun positive environment and the best part is its like therapy mentally and physically rewarding with your health!
