The place is full of good energy and wonderful vibes. The only thing they really need to work on is creating more scheduled classes available each day. The place is still new to the area which more will be offered in near future. I have been going for a month and enjoyed every class. The instructors are always around to boost your ego. They are very helpful when learning new tips about techniques that are offered in this class. This has been the best place to improve your health with great exercise. Meeting new people and interacting with everyone is wonderful. You will make new friends from all over the area due to the fact they do a buddy system at the end to encourage each other to interact. Each class allows me to achieve my goals with weight loss, strength, and courage. The price is affordable if your able to spend a little bit each month. You can attend as many as you want which is great. Women and Men have their own locker rooms plus they have their own bathroom. They do provide a unisex bathroom separate from the locker rooms. A total of three bathrooms. Drinks and clothing are sold there if you wish to purchase any of it. Also, they have water fountains available in case you want to fill up your container. Another great thing, they are big on social media so if a class is canceled, you will know about it. I love my boxing gloves too when you sign up, which is an awesome deal.
