We are fairly new to the state of WA. Between working from home and having a new baby I sort of lost "myself." My body isn't as strong as it used to be, obviously doesn't look the same as it used to and making friends when you are home all day is nearly impossible! Fast forward to finding ILKB-Federal Way. The best decision I've made for myself is signing up here! The staff is AMAZING, it is sooo clean and it is literally the best hour of my day. Not only do you feel great and stronger after each class but every single member of the gym is welcoming, fun, and everyone pumps each other up and keeps each other accountable! Come try it, you will NOT regret it!
