I love ILKB! It's nothing like a typical gym where you can workout for an hour and not say a word to anyone. We're a family on and off the mat, we support and push each other to be our best selves every day. You can't walk through the front door without being greeted by name and receiving a few high-fives or fist bumps. The owners and instructors get out on the mat with us each class and even make a point of sharing bags and engaging with everyone one in the room. In my first 2 months I saw better results than I had with 2 years of personal training. I wouldn't trade my hour on the mat for anything!
