I life changing experience. I was never big on going to the gym. Myself like many others, have a gym membership but never go. Due to the fact we are not motivated nor have a clue what to do there!! With ILKB they care and they teach you. They train you and encourage you to do better. They treat you like friends and family. Such an amazing place.
