Over the years I have been part of a few different fitness communities. ILKB Federal Way, WA is different than any others I've experienced, in a good way =)... I joined ILKB Federal Way, Wa in September and have loved it from day one. I've felt energized and engaged from the beginning and honestly, it is the best workout I've ever had. The atmospere is positive, all fitness levels and everyone working toward a common goal of being healthy and supportive of one another. I love the instructors as I believe they are interested in my fitness journey success. The class structure stays the same however the segments are mixed up, first we warm up (hardest part my in opinion), stretching (I love), rounds on the bag (punching and kicking, I love!) partner drills (I love too!). The 60 minute honestly flies by. It is wonderful community where I've developed new friendships!
