I Love Lickboxing federal way is Amazing!
I have recommended it to friends, and love the atmosphere. The instructors are genuinely nice people, and love to push you to your limits. The interesting part is that you only get as much out of you workout as you put in. I have made it to 31 classes so far, and haven’t lost much weight, BUT I have lost 11% body fat. My stamina has increased, and I have gotten stronger. Just remember form is more important then power.
