Wow!! I could say so much about ILKB! I enjoy the classes, the staff is AMAZING & the workouts are killer! They target full body exercises, building strength & overall endurance. All while teaching awesome kickboxing form & technique. I'm so glad I found something to replace my regular gym membership! Absolutely love it here!!
