I caught the best deal coming in for my first 3 classes by only paying $10 and receiving a free pair of boxing gloves! After just one class, I was hooked. I dreaded coming in to work out; however, after my first class I craved the energy, comradery, and passion that each class brings. I hate the first 15 minutes of class while I’m doing it. But once it’s over I want to hug my instructor for pushing me harder than I could have pushed myself in another gym working out by myself. Bag rounds also provide a great way to relieve my stress and aggressions from the day, while providing a kickass workout. Instructors go over the sequence of kicks/ punches multiple times with tips and reminders for good form. They even walk around and watch you to ensure correct form is practiced.
