I've found the butt-kicking torture I need at the Federal Way, WA location! It's so amazing it makes me drive about one hour each way to receive the abuse when I work from home! I joined almost a year ago in March 2017. I was afraid of what I was getting myself into but after the 1st class, I was hooked and knew this is what I needed. I am never confused about what to do, the vibe is positive and the staff is just amazing! Okay....AMAZEBALLS The members could stand a few more bags and room for the class sizes but I'm still going!
