ILKB is amazing. I would NOT describe myself as athletic, but I feel right at home at here. I've been a member of this studio for 7 months and I've signed on to keep coming for 2 years because I love it that much. It's not a cheap membership, but I make it work because I'm investing in my health (both physical and mental! Gotta love punching away your frustrations after a tough day of work!) The membership is worth every penny. This studio feels like family and the instructors are so encouraging. They even greet me by name when I walk in! I've never had an experience like this at any other gym. I have made tremendous gains in weight loss, muscle strength, endurance and confidence, and I actually look forward to working out! The workouts are hard but I never regret going.
