I Have been coming to ILKB Astoria for about 2 weeks and it is the best workout I have done in a long time. The gym is clean and spacious. The instructors are motivating, helpful, encouraging and caring I can't say enough about all of them. John the manager is awesome, you can tell he cares about his clients and our fitness goals. They also practice what they preach, because when your doing a class you will see other instructors on the mat working out along with everyone else. Its great to see them push themselves, like they push us. I LOVE ALL THE INSTRUCTORS !!!!
