ILKB Mandarin is the first gym that I've joined that I actually feel excited to go to! When you join ILKB, you're joining a family that's always there to motivate you, push you, encourage you, and sometimes yell at you (when that last set of burpees gets you down and you just can't get back up lol). The classes are challenging, but so much fun that I'm always excited to come back. It's truly a workout unlike any other and has reshaped my mindset towards exercise and living a healthier lifestyle in general.
