I just barely started my membership! I can already tell I'm going to make lots of friends and get in shape fast! I've been trying to get back into shape by myself since I moved here 2 years ago and it just hasn't worked out! It's SO much easier when you have people cheering you on! I've already noticed a difference in only the 3 classes I've been to. I've always wanted to be apart of some self defense class but was too nervous to try it. Their trial program got my foot in the door and I couldn't resist! Punching that bag just gives you such empowerment and I just come home happy every time!
