ILKB has such a fun, supportive atmosphere that keeps you coming back for more! I've never been so committed to a workout! The instructors are full of energy and push you to your limits to ensure you get the best workout. I've seen incredible results from weight loss and muscle gain to confidence and self pride! ILKB also offers great nutritional advice that can help you kick junk food to the curb! I'm excited to see what else I can accomplish with the help of this great facility.
