I just hit a year with ILKB Lynnwood, and I cannot say enough about the program and the instructors. When I started, I was way out of shape, but knew I had an athlete in me somewhere under the fluff. I bought the introductory package and took the plunge. It's fun to hit and kick a bag, but this workout is no joke. I tell people I wanted to throw up during the first warmup, but I kept at it. It would have been hard to go back if everyone hadn't been so encouraging. Each instructor is wonderful in their own unique way. They positively push and cajole you to get to a better physical place; I would never go as far on my own. And because the instructors are so upbeat, that feeling spreads through the workout. It sounds silly, but I think I'm making some lifetime workout friends. I'm down 20 pounds and several inches, and I've gained a community. Thank you!
