My Daughter and I have been members of I love kickboxing Dewitt NY since February 2018. We are so amazed how it motivated us to feel good about ourselves, physically and mentally. The instructors are very supporting and work with you individually to help you become what you wanna physically become. I have lost over 20 pounds and my energy/metabolism level is high. Keep up the good work ILKB the results are showing. Best of all, I love how everybody (staff, members) makes the hour workout fun and exciting.
