Over the years I have been part of a few different fitness communities. ILKB Federal Way, WA is different than any others I've experienced, in a good way =). I joined in September and have loved it from day one. I've felt energized and engaged from the beginning and honestly, it is the best workout I've ever had. The atmosphere is positive, all fitness levels and everyone is working toward a common goal of being healthy and supportive of one another. I love the instructors as I believe they are interested in my fitness journey. The class is structured and challenging but provides the confidence to each participant that they can finish strong and we all do! Come join us, you will not regret it!
