Awesome workout and it is for all levels of fitness!! The instructors in Fairfield, CT are wonderful! If they see you are struggling with a certain maneuver they come over and give a modification that keeps you from just saying “forget this, I can’t do it”! I love how they keep you motivated without tearing you down – it’s a great balance.
