I recently joined ilovekickboxing in Fairfield, CT and I love it. I enjoy that the class has a set structure but that the workout is always challenging and different. The studio is clean and the instructors are very encouraging. They push you, but not in an obnoxious way. I also love that they partnered with a group that does different fundraising. The more you go and check in the more funds go to groups in need. Another great reason to exercise.
