LKB is fun loving and welcoming place that really makes you feel like a family. I started going with my mom and sister since they opened and have a class pack since I go away for school, but I am remembered every time I return on breaks. Love the staff and lose inches by going to 3-4 classes a week and of course eating healthier! The challenges they have for members is also helpful!
