I’ve never seen myself as one to really enjoy a group class, but ILoveKickboxing has made me feel the best I’ve ever felt while working out! Plus, the results I’ve gotten afterward have improved my overall health! Every person you meet is kind and encouraging, including both instructors and participants. I really feel at my ‘fitness home’ when it comes to their atmosphere and energy. I can’t see myself going anywhere else to workout! Excited for more and more classes—I’ve become addicted!
