LOVE KICKBOXING! The name says it all. The location in Frisco is super inviting, friendly, well staffed and super convenient to where I live. The instructors Monay and Paloma ( the ones I’ve interacted with most) are very approachable and you can def tell they know what their doing and care about fitness them selves. Every class is different and challenges me in new ways. I’ve only been at it for a few classes but I can not wait to see what the next few weeks and months have to offer with my fit family at I Love Kickboxing. I’ve made my own personal goals and Paloma and Monay has personally told me they will be there both in class and supportive through social media to help me achieve my goals and continue pushing myself to reach new milestones. If you have an hour of free time and enjoy music and fun full body workouts I strongly suggest going to your local l Love Kickboxing and checking out a class or two. You’ll be instantly hooked! I’m addicted, I only go 3 days a week but I wish I could go everyday!
