When I arrived to my first class I was skeptical that I was going to be able to survive, let alone keep up. However, the instructors are so encouraging and always motivate you to be your best you! Everyone there is welcoming, it is nice to go somewhere and feel like you belong from the get go. Even though I can only go on my days off (wish I could go every day) it is something I look forward to each time. 💗
