I fell in love with ILKB on my very first day! It’s a great, high-energy workout and the trainers are encouraging and helpful. The facility is very clean and I love that there is a locker room. I want to improve my form as well as burn calories, and I never leave feeling disappointed. Everyone is friendly, the classes are diverse, and the instructors really seem to be enjoying themselves. This is workout that I am always excited to go to!
