ILoveKickboxing-Federal Way is the most amazing place. If looking for a workout that is different then the same old routines at the gym or for an extra boost in your fitness journey this is the place to go. It has become one of my favorite places to workout it seriously is the best hour of your day. You could be having the worst day not feeling like working out and by the time you leave the studio you will have a great workout, with a smile on your face. The studio is always clean, the staff is amazing they are so friendly and welcoming, the members of the studio make you feel welcome and included no one is left out. It may seem intimidating at first but just try it out you won't be sorry you decided to try it! So happy to be part of this awesome family!
