iLoveKickboxing has been such a game changer for me. I went from never wanting to go to the gym or workout, to now going 3+ times a week! For the first class, you will have a one-on-one with a trainer, and then you get to jump right in with the entire class! The classes are challenging, but you feel AMAZING afterwards. Every class is different, so you will never get bored. The trainers are very motivating and helpful, and truly care about each person that walks into their gym. I am so happy I found iLoveKickboxing!
