After years of not exercising consistently I wanted to get back in shape. I saw ILKB-Doral on FB and decided to give it a try. The instructors were welcoming and were interested in finding out what I wanted to get out of training there. They consistently support you and push you towards your goal and adapt the class to whatever level you are starting at. This is not a "go with your hair down" kind of workout gym but despite being in a Miami neighborhood where appearance is scrutinized you will never feel out of place. The instructors and other members of the gym welcome you with whatever shape or size you come in. The classes are fun, dynamic and exhausting. You will see results if you push yourself. Best investment in myself I have done in a long time.
