My fiance & I started 3-weeks ago and are LOVING IT! Honestly, I was miserable my first class. I had reached the highest weight of my life & going to class was a scary, first step for me. However, the trainers there made it so much easier and a bit less scary! I have already lost 10-lbs and feel incredible. I've never been a "gym rat" but I'm already wanting to get to ILKB class more than 3x a week! The upbeat energy here is contagious... no matter what kind of day I have, when I end it with ILKB it's a perfect day! Also, not only are the trainers supportive during class, they touch base with each team member outside of class. I can't wait to continue this amazing journey with the ILKB (Saugus) family. When you go to ILKB you are not only investing in yourself, you are inheriting a team of cheerleaders who are also investing their time & energy into YOU! Now THAT, my friends, is true support!
