1st Week Completed!! I cannot express enough on how much I am satisfied with my decision to join this facility! The entire staff are awesome! From the first phone call they made me feel like family. I love the energy, motivation and the concern the entire staff shows. They are so inviting and warm they make you look forward to going to work out. Not only does the workout give you stress relief the staff does also. Lets talk about cleanliness! From the time you walk in the door you would not know you were in a gym!! It is always fresh and clean smelling. I cannot say enough about this gym You gotta see to believe!! Don't take my word for it. Meet us on the mat!!
