I Love Kickboxing has completely changed my view on "going to the gym!" The instructors are amazing at what they do, welcoming and friendly...all while helping you achieve your goals to the very best of your ability. The members are also amazing! When you join ILKB, you join a family! I searched all over town to find the "right fit" for me and ILKB has been THE BEST choice! I am 42 years old and have never enjoyed working out, outside of a good hike or walk. I've lost over 30 pounds since joining 6 months ago and am stronger than I have ever been!!!
