ILKB Federal Way is such a great experience. The instructors are amazing, the music is cool, and everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. The workout is tough but really gets you to work on your entire body. It’s a good way to get rid of stress after a long day of work/school, and you get in shape while doing it! Ever since I started kickboxing, I feel stronger and more confident :) Thanks for the awesome workout and incredible atmosphere!
