I definitely have to give ILKB Coral Springs 5 stars. I have been a member for almost 2 years and it has enhanced my fitness life. I have gotten stronger, which was one of my goals. I have improved my kickboxing skills over the past 2 years. The cardio portion has also helped me with other physical activities that I am involved in such as bootcamp, soccer, and running. The staff has been nothing, but kind and accomodating. They always make you feel like you can accomplish any goal that you put your mind to. I am thankful that I joined and I encourage others to join. I even had my birthday party there in September 2017. It was a blast and everyone I invited loved the experience. There were about 30 pple in attendance.
