Excellent workout. Very humbling. The instructors are awesome and have such a wonderful attitude. The place is kept clean and the members are one big family. I enjoy adding this in with my regular workout routine at 24hour fitness. I stagger the days to keep things new. I'm very pleased and highly recommend this place to anyone.
