I am 8 months in and love this high calorie burning workout at ILKB-Northglenn. The coaches are patient and super supportive. The other members are like family. There is a heart monitor you can wear to watch your progress during class. And the schedule is super flexible. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to try a fun workout. They have specials where you get 3 classes and gloves to see if it is a fit for you before committing.
