Absolutely LOVE this place. It has always been a struggle for me to find somewhere or something I enjoy doing to stay fit and healthy. I tried just about everything till I came here. I am always eager to go to class! I Love Kickboxing is very family oriented and they push you to your limits. I'm glad I finally found somewhere I enjoy working out! Staff is very knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition. If you're looking for somewhere to push you while also having fun (DJ Nights are a plus) then I highly recommend here!
