The classes are very challenging but also rewarding. The first fifteen minutes are intense cardio with push-ups, jogging, oblique set ups and line jumping. The second set included punching and kicking bags for three minute time limits with five or six sets. The final session is team building with punching gloves and stretching. Overall, a great experience and recommend for anyone wanting to muscle or lose weight.
