I had gotten bored with my regular workout routines and decided I wanted to try something new. I decided to try ILKB and see what all the rave was about. From the moment I walked into the studio I was welcomed with open arms! Not only from the staff, but from the members too. I immediately felt so comfortable even though I had no kickboxing experience. They also have a private Facebook group for members and it holds you accountable! I love everything about ILKB!
