I always wanted to know more about what ilovekickboxing.com offered. I honestly thought it was based online and not a location. However it's been a wonderful experience going to this location. Each location is has the same foundation, but unique by those that work there. I have 2 other locations closer to me but I prefer to go to Linthicum Heights due to the trainers. Every instructor I have met makes you feel like family and more of a gettogther...then gonna kick your butt into high gear for a 1 hour class of hits, kicks, and cardio! They truly care about you and what your goals are in life. I highly suggest taking a class and seeing what it's about. There are numerous ways to be a member and different cost options. They will help with meal plans for your goals, offer a good selection of drinks and snacks for pre and post workouts and also care about the community. Each month a different charity is featured that you can check in and make a difference to someone else. So don't hesitate....call, email, or just drive now!
