I love that at your first class you have one on one training. You don't feel left out or lost at all. Which makes it welcoming to beginners. I love how clean it is, they keep you moving the whole entire hour, which is empowering. you feel so accomplished every time you leave the class and can't wait to go again. I love the instructors positive energy and everyone's positive energy just full of life. You are able to go at the pace that is right for you with no judgements. last but not least love that they have music playing the whole time!
