I've discovered I love kickboxing in Kent WA, a month or so ago and I've been hooked ever since.
It's an intense high calorie burning hour of fun. The instructors are super nice and very motivational. I really enjoy hitting the bag! Whether you are new, returning, or old to working out this one will kick your butt still! I've had great results so far and plan to keep coming. Highly recommended!! WHOOOOO
