I love ILKB Federal Way! The instructors are super friendly, funny, supportive, and motivating. If you don't show up for class for a while, they reach out to make sure you're ok and ask you to come back soon. I joined last summer, and the ILKBFW members welcomed me and made me feel at home. They quickly became amazing friends and accountability partners. ILKB in Federal Way, WA truly does give me the best hour of my day! As a busy working mom, it is so important for me to take a little time for myself, and this is time well spent! I am happier, healthier, and stronger - my blood pressure went from borderline high to the low end of normal after just a few months of kickboxing!
