The instructors at ILKB-Federal Way were friendly. They came around and checked up on me. I was in an accident last June and have some pain still. The instructor of the class came by and showed me some modified ways to go about using that arm to not cause anymore injury. I recommend ILKB for all fitness levels. It was the best work out I've had .
