ILoveKickBoxingKent is the Best! I signed up for trial in March when they first open in Kent and I loved it since then. The staff are friendly, full of energy and very supportive. The studio is nice and clean. The workout is very intense, burning up to 600+ calories in just an hour is awesome! I can say that it is The Best Hour of my day doing kickboxing. Getting great results so far, lost about 10 lbs in 2 months and I’m feeling great. Thanks ILoveKickBoxingKent.
