Finding and making the decision to join ILKB Kent was one of the easiest and best things I’ve done for myself this year! The classes have just the right instructor to student ratio. The combination of the music, staff energy and fellow members keep you going and wanting to bring your best! I hadn’t been working out consistently before starting ILKB and was worried I needed to get in shape before class or needed to update my workout attire…fear not no one has time for that or cares! When that buzzer goes off it’s just you the bag and the mat. I continue to see subtle changes with my body after each class which is a testament to classes not being stagnant. The instructors know how to keep pushing you towards your next change or goal, whether it’s with the monthly challenge or upgrading to heavier gloves. Thank you ILKB!
