I signed up for my first class a month ago and decided to join. I was only planning to attend classes once a week and was unsure about joining because of the cost, but I did and I don't regret it. I sat down with a trainer my first class and discussed my goals. I wanted to feel stronger and get some cardio. I also wanted something to help release the stress. This has been a game changer for me. I always feel better after a workout. I now go three times a week and miss class on my rest days. If you want to feel better inside and out while having fun and getting stronger take a class. You won't regret it!
