I was very anxious walking into my first class, but walking out had me ready and excited for the next class! Who doesn’t love to blast music while they work out and be surrounded by people who all want to see each other have fun and work hard? It was the hardest but most rewarding (physically and mentally) work out I’ve done! I recommend everyone trying at least one class!
