I was so nervous to join because I haven’t been very active for a while, but since joining I’ve been feeling so good about myself. Whenever I feel like I want to quit during the workouts the instructors come along and encourage me to keep going! Thank you so much for the encouragement! I appreciate the staff here so much, it’s the best decision I’ve made about taking control of my health and fitness to date!
