I was really nervous about joining, since it's hard for me to be physically active but it was really fun! When I first started the hour long sessions used to feel like they were dragging but now I barely look at the clock and when I do, I'm already half way through. The instructors are awesome and always change it up for every class. It gives me something to look forward to every week! I love that its located in Whitehall, Pa, only 15 mins from my house!
