I ❤️ ILKB ELDERSBURG! I have tried all sorts of exercise but nothing seemed to really click. I pretty much gave up on exercise and haven’t really been good about my diet. Unfortunately now that I’m getting older, my old habits are not really working. I started to feel really bad about myself and knew I had to do something. When I saw the advertisement for I love kickboxing (ILKB), somethings spoke to me. I’ve never been a boxer, never even thought I could throw a punch, but I thought, it’s certainly different and what do I have to lose?? From the moment I walked in to the studio, it has been a wonderful experience. The instructors are energetic and motivating. All of the people there are encouraging and inclusive. I feel like everyone is there for the same reason, and it’s not to compete or show off, but to just get their health, mind, and body on track. I am so thankful that I took a chance on ILKB and I’m looking forward to the journey!
